I have decided. I wiLL s00n be switching to a vegetarian diet. But i hav no idea hw long the SOON wud be.
Seeing the fact that i am not realli a meat lover, it shud prob wud not be so difficult to be a vegetarian. It wud be tough to leave behind Seafood though.
But, for a vegetarian diet VARIETY is the key.
To maintain a highly successful vegetarian diet, it is very important to have variety. I wonder if that could be possible. Cuz everytym VEGETARIAN IS MENTIONED what appears in my plate is lentils and legumes.

VEgans are hardcore VEGETARIANs. they dont even eat daily's like butter and cheese.

lacto-ovo vegetarians however onli avoid meat seafood and poultry.. EGGS EXCLUDED.
SO I BELONG TO THE LAST one. Or rather, Soon to belong.
Besides thiis is the ideal diet to lose weight. Which i BADLY NEED TO. ANd u help to save the earth by being vegetarians. :D
